Use of the website attests to agreement of the website user (hereafter: “the user”) to obey the conditions governing its use. The Jerusalem Theatre may change the conditions governing use of the site from time to time, without providing advance notification, and changes will go into effect upon being posted. Conditions for use of the website are presented in masculine gender but refer to women and men alike.

Placing orders and joining Jerusalem Theatre mailing lists

The user may order tickets to plays, performances, films and other events presented at or on behalf of the Jerusalem Theatre using the website. Moreover, through the website the user may register for inclusion on mailing lists of the Jerusalem Theatre and may receive announcements and updates about topics of his choice [films and cinematic events and/or special offers, subscriptions, plays and performances].

The computerized records at the Theatre constitute the evidence that the data appearing therein are those provided by the user.

In order to make an order or registration, the user will be requested to provide various data, such as first and last name, full address, including street name, house number, apartment number, city and postal code, telephone number for contact, email address or credit card data for the user (hereafter: “personal information”). Tickets may be ordered using a credit card or a membership card. Upon ordering the tickets by credit card, the user will be debited for the full amount of the order. Verification of the transaction by the credit card company through which the user has guaranteed payment is essential for acceptance of the customer’s request to carry out the transaction.

Upon completion of the order, authorization, including the details of the order and notification that the order has been successfully completed, will be sent to the email address provided by the user. One may proceed directly to the hall where the plays and performances take place without passing through the theatre box office, by showing the subscription card or a printout of the ticket/s sent to you by email.

An SMS including the details of the play that you ordered in the box office or on the theatre website will be sent to you the day before the play.

Please verify that your current mobile phone number is the one in the theatre’s records.
