Privacy Policy – Jerusalem Theatre for the Performing Arts (Public Benefit Company)
- This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: "Privacy Policy") applies to the services of the Jerusalem Theatre for the Performing Arts (PBC), C.P. 510655756, 20 Marcus St., Jerusalem ("The Theatre"). The Theatre makes various forms of art accessible to the public—plays, music, dance, lectures, films, and more.
- Definitions – In this Privacy Policy:
2.1 "Use of the Site" – use or attempted use of the website /HTTPS://WWW.JERUSALEM-THEATRE.CO.IL and/or landing pages and/or any other digital platforms of the Theatre.
2.2 "Contacting the Company" – any contact with the Theatre that is not through the website, including telephone, email, fax, physical contact, etc.

9.2 Classes, Events and Leisure – When registering for classes and/or events organized by the Theatre or supported by it, the company collects your full name, email address, mobile phone number, and additional information as will appear on the designated registration form. When registering children for classes, details about the child will also be collected, including age, medical information (such as allergies and other medical restrictions, as applicable), and contact information for parents (or guardians). In addition, the Theatre may retain information about participation in classes and events, including dates, times, and attendance or absence frequency.
9.3 Acquisitions and Payments – The Theatre collects details on orders and purchases, personal information such as full name, ID number, email address, mailing address (if necessary), and telephone numbers, as well as additional information requested at the time of placing the order and making the purchase and/or payment. The information will be marked as a "mandatory field".
After filling out the details, you'll be directed to a secure checkout page where you'll choose your preferred payment method. The company does not store full payment information in its databases; it only stores the last four digits of your credit card. 15.1 Making reservations and purchasing tickets for plays, performances, shows, films, and other events held at or on behalf of the company, as published from time to time in the Theatre's publications and on the website.
15.2 Contacting you regarding the reservation you have made.
15.3 Operating various services. For example, the Theatre uses the details you've provided when contacting the Theatre to respond to your inquiries, offer information about services, stay in contact with existing and potential customers, resolve any issues you may have within the framework of the services, and deliver those services.

The JT office aims to reduce these risks as much as possible. Additionally, the office reserves the right to stop or limit the use of artificial intelligence systems at any time at its discretion.
Sharing information about you with third parties
- Since the Theatre occasionally works with various third parties, it may share personal information about customers with them, such as when they request assistance to process the information listed above, or in cases like:
17.1 When it is necessary for a request or question you have raised, or to share knowledge about a specific subject.
17.2 If you have violated the terms of use of the site or have performed actions through the site, including using the services to commit fraud of any kind, or actions that appear to be contrary to the law, or an attempt to perform such actions.
