General information

* Arrive early for performances. Late arrivals will not be seated.
* A manager and ushers are on duty at all performances. Audience members may address all concerns and questions to them.
* No food or beverages are permitted in the halls.
* Photography and recording during performances are strictly prohibited.
* Children under the age of two may not enter the halls.
* Pensioner/Youth/Student/Soldier Subscribers must present identification at the box office and upon entry to the hall.
* If you are forced to cancel attending a performance or request a change of date, you must do so at the box office at least one day prior to the performance.

Parking lot

A new, spacious and pleasant parking lot is open for your service.

From the parking lot you can take the elevator to the overhead bridge that connects the parking lot to the theatre plaza.

The parking lot is operated by a private developer under the supervision of the Jerusalem Municipality.

Morning rate:

First hour (or part of it): 9.00 NIS including VAT
Every additional fifteen minutes (or part of it): 2.25 NIS including VAT
Maximum rate for a full day of parking (one-time entry | until 7:00 a.m. for the day): 36.00 NIS including VAT

Evening rate (one-time entry after 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Saturdays): 26:00 NIS including VAT

Accessible parking
In the new parking lot and in the streets surrounding the theatre, parking spaces adapted for people with disabilities are allocated.

Parking for a person with a disability is free in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the 1993 Parking for the Disabled Law.

Holders of a disabled parking permit who park in the new parking lot:
In order to receive a credit sticker for the parking lot, please approach the theatre box office/the manager on duty/the accessibility position in the main lobby and present your parking ticket, together with disabled parking tag, ID and your ticket to the show.
No payment credit will be given without this sticker.

Theatre website

The theatre website is secured and protected by an advanced information security system to protect your privacy. You may purchase tickets online at no additional cost.
The information in the theatre website is updated daily.
Performances added following the printing of the magazine and regular updates are publicized there.

Time savers
* After ordering the tickets at the theatre box office/on the website, the tickets will be sent to you via text message to your mobile phone. You can enter the hall by presenting the digital tickets on your mobile phone without collecting the tickets at the cash desk. You can also receive the tickets by email.
* Upon entering the halls, the theatre staff will scan the barcode printed on the digital tickets and confirm your entry.
* A text message with the barcode and the seats reserved by you will be sent to you the day before the show.
* In order for us to send you a reminder before the show time, please make sure your mobile phone number is updated in the theatre records.

Notice to theatre subscribers and customers:
Personal information that you provide us is protected in the theatre database only, so as to be able to offer you current information and updates.

The theatre compound and halls are under 24-hour camera surveillance.

Special discounts
* Senior citizens are entitled to a 50% discount on the full price of Israeli theatre performances and films. The discount is available at the theatre box office and the website.


Children and children’s performance:
* Children of all ages require a ticket.

* Children under the age of two will not be admitted to the halls.
* children's prams, food and beverages are not permitted into the halls.
* Performances by private impresarios are their responsibility and have not been approved by the Jerusalem Theatre Repertory Committee.

Infrastructure and renovations

We devote resources to maintenance and improvements of the compound, with special emphasis on accessibility, development of infrastructure and innovative technology. In recent years the seats and carpeting in all of the halls and lobbies were replaced and new toilets for the handicapped were constructed in the main foyer and in the Crown wing.
