For Moshe Meishi Schreiber, photography is a testament to the triumph of the human spirit – the ability to observe a complex reality and discover the thread that connects beauty with meaning.

A veteran of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) who was seriously wounded in his hand during the Yom Kippur War, Schreiber succeeded in restoring the abilities of the very hand that once held a weapon. Today, that same hand holds a camera.
