Maor Vizigrotzky: Between Imagination and Reality

Maor Vizigrotzky (b. 1994, Haifa; lives and works in Kiryat Bialik) has been painting in oil for over a decade, beginning in 2015. He expresses his inner world through art – those ineffable feelings and thoughts, which cannot be expressed in words.
The exhibition of paintings from 2020 on explores the space where fantasy and reality meet and merge. Each painting presents a familiar world but with an imaginary, dreamy or mysterious twist. Through color, form and visual narrative, the paintings invite the viewer to step into magical worlds born out of one’s thoughts, dreams and wild imagination, but with a real anchor that touches on everyday life.
