A journey through Paris in the footsteps of Édith Piaf's successors: Charles Aznavour, Georges Moustaki, and other legendary artists. Against the backdrop of the great French chansons, we'll roam the streets of Paris, following singers-songwriters who left an indelible mark on the world of music. We'll climb to "La Butte aux Cailles" in the 13th arrondissement, a neighborhood that inspired Victor Hugo in "Les Misérables" and has since become one of the city's vibrant cultural and nightlife hubs, beloved by young people, artists, and creators. We'll continue into the heart of the city, along streets where ordinary Parisians once walked side by side with France's greatest artists, writers, and thinkers. We'll descend into the Catacombs of Paris, a fascinating and otherworldly realm deep beneath the city's streets, and encounter some of Paris's newer landmarks, including the François-Mitterrand site of the National Library of France and an innovative new commercial center. We'll climb to "Les Frigos", the former refrigerated warehouse halls that used to be a wholesale food market and are now transformed into a thriving creative nerve center for Parisian artists.

Paris is, of course, the capital of love and romance. Inspired by its magic, we will stroll through the enchanting "Parc Montsouris" and other city gardens, stop at the "Wall of Love", and remember Brigitte Bardot. We'll drop anchor on the "Canal Saint-Martin" for a glass of wine with a singer-songwriter and poet who lives, creates, and records aboard a yacht, and linger in Paris's legendary cafés.
