The iconic masterpiece by Hanoch Levin—a razor-sharp blend of bitter humor and incisive insight into the human condition—comes to life in a groundbreaking new musical adaptation. Created by composer Avi Binyamin, a leading force at Gesher Theatre, the production features Gesher’s acclaimed ensemble and a live orchestra. Krum tells the story of a man who returns home after failing abroad, only to find a hopeless world of small lives and shattered dreams. Celebrating 25 years since Levin’s passing and 50 years since the play’s creation, Krum returns to the stage, reimagined as a full-scale musical event—a production never seen before in Israeli theatre.

- Reviews:"The choice of the special adaptation succeeds beyond expectation... A hilarious and nutty experience, one that creates a world that is fun to be in, and on the other hand, to know that our situation is (hopefully) less desperate than that of the play's characters." (Maariv)
