An end-of-season celebration featuring two of the top voices in contemporary Andalusian music: Emil Zrihan, long associated with the Israeli Andalusian Orchestra and one of its key artistic figures, and the acclaimed Moroccan singer Hicham Dinar Souiri. Dinar, born in Essaouira, is one of the leading figures among the young artists in Moroccan Andalusian music today.
Together, they'll present a musical celebration that connects the deep roots of Moroccan Paytanuth with the cultural richness of classical Andalusian music. In a rare encounter of voices and traditions, Emil and Hisham will present a curated repertoire highlighting the musical influences of Al-Andalus on North Africa, featuring special orchestral arrangements by the Israeli Andalusian Orchestra.
