Is it likely to fall in love with someone you've never even met?
Sixteen-year-old Assaf is asked to find the owner of a dog wandering the streets of Jerusalem. The dog guides him step by step through the story of Tamar, a lonely, troubled girl who has undertaken a dangerous mission to save her brother, who has become involved in a dark affair.
'Someone to Run With', one of the most cherished books among readers in Israel and the winner of the 2001 Sapir Prize for Literature, has been previously adapted into both a television series and a feature film. With skillful craftsmanship, David Grossman creates a coming-of-age story that develops into a tale of a one-of-a-kind first love.
