The Body Has a Language of Its Own: Vered Feldman's Lecture

International Women's Day Celebration

The Jerusalem Theatre invites you to a fascinating evening centered around International Women's Day

In today’s multitasking world, where we juggle being a parent, a partner, and a career person, our communication skills shape the quality of our management of each role. What story do we tell ourselves, and how can we play it out convincingly? How do we make an impression that lasts?
In this lecture, which combines teaching with audience participation, we’ll explore practical, sensitive tools for reading and using body language—skills that enhance relationships, parenting, business meetings, presentations, sales, service interactions, team leadership, and workplace communication. We’ll see how small changes in our nonverbal behavior can boost first impressions, clarify our message, and help us create meaningful changes in our lives.

What should we cover?
How to refine initial signals and enhance message clarity; core principles of body language reading; what different body parts communicate; the meaning behind gestures, expressions, and posture; how to project presence and authority through your voice—and much more.

Vered Feldman is a theater, television, and film actress: "Metim LeRega" (Temporarily Dead), "HaShoter HaTov" (The Good Cop), "Aluf Ha'olam Sheli" (My Champion), "Lo Lifnei HaYeladim" (Not Before the Kids), Ulai Hapa'am"('Maybe This Time) "Mesudarim" (Set for Life), and more; and for the last thirteen years, also an expert in body language.
