Italy: The Good Life
'City, Art, World' series
A series of morning lectures dedicated to Europe's magical cities
Editor and lecturer: Yoel Sitruk, photographer and investigative journalist
Venice and its surrounding islands, the Carnival of Masks, Verona and its love stories, medieval towns, fine wine and unique Italian music. We'll journey through an inconceivable love triangle that inspired a unique biennial chess festival and revisit the immortal tale of Romeo and Juliet, alongside the cult that developed around Verona's famous balconies. Along the way, we'll explore colorful islands where time seems to have stopped, each offering its own magic—a show that weaves together images, stories, film, and the finest Italian music.
