One evening, at the end of a long shift, Dr. Eitan Green inadvertently runs over an Eritrean refugee. At the spur of the moment, he decides to flee the scene. Shortly afterward, he is approached by Sirkit, the widow of the man he killed. In exchange for her silence, Sirkit demands that Dr. Green provide medical treatment to refugees. Eitan tries to juggle between his duties as a senior doctor and family man and the secret life Sirkit forces upon him. Still, the truth is closing in – a fascinating and complex psychological drama about Israel's "backyard," portraying a head-on collision between people who have it all and those who are weary of being transparent.
