A Horse Walks into a Bar
Cameri Theatre
The standup comedy show of Dovaleh G, in a basement in the industrial area of Netanya, gets out of control and takes on a chilling direction. In front of an audience, which includes two childhood friends, he launches into merciless introspection. The ghost train careens forward, oscillating between dark humor and venomous satire, love and betrayals, yearning and remorse.
A Horse Walks into a Bar has been translated into 23 languages and won the Man Booker international prize, as the best translated novel into English, one of the world's most prestigious awards.
