In his unique PuppetCinema language, Zvi Sahar in collaboration with Itim Ensemble presents the  first ever stage adaptation for adults to Janusz Korczak’s book King Mat the First. The story recounts the politically charged tale of 10-year-old Prince Matt who was catapulted to the throne after losing his parents. On a stage covered with wooden blocks, King Matt’s impossible world takes shape and crumbles, as we wonder who is the puppet master and who is the puppet. An invitation to a journey in the wake of lost childhood, a moment before sobering reality hits.
