Carnatic classical music from South India, featuring the 21-stringed instrument artist, the chitravina, Maestro N. Ravikiran, known as the "Mozart of Indian classical music". Ravikiran began his musical journey at the age of just two, and since then has composed over 1,200 works in the fields of music, dance, opera and orchestra. Rabindranath Tagore was the one who introduced the concept of Melharmony in music to the world. Sitar maestro Ravi Shankar said of him: "If you don’t believe in God – look at Ravikiran". This is Ravikiran’s first visit to Israel. Alongside him will appear the young violinist V.S.P. Gayatri Sivani, a child prodigy from a family of Carnatic musicians, and veteran percussionist Sri K.V. Prasad, an international mridangam artist who is also proficient in tabla, kanjira, and edakka.
