Short Circuit
The Beersheba Theatre
A tragicomic play about marital companionship and what has become of it over the years
By: Noa Lazar-Keinan
Director: Ronnie Brodetzky
With: Efrat Arnon and Muli Shulman
Mid-day, Dado, a successful children's author, receives a message from his wife Natty that she isn't coming home today. Highly uncharacteristic of Natty, who doesn't forget anything, remembers the entrance code of all her friends, keeps track of all plastic box lids, and manages the house, himself, and the kids, is not the one to suddenly disappear. To try to find his wife or at least understand why she disappeared, Dado reflects on the last year of their lives, an exceptionally turbulent year. Will Dado and Natty be able to contain the change in their lives and face the challenges of parenthood? Will their relationship last? Short Circuit is an intimate show where the audience actively participates in the couple's journey.
