In a forest clearing, among bushes and flowers, there's a town whose inhabitants are all completely bald, and its name is – unsurprisingly - Baldy Heights. One morning, to his utter dismay, the mayor-elect discovers a HAIR sprouting on his head! What's worse - all his attempts to eliminate the HAIR are fruitless. When the residents of Baldy Heights get wind of the unhoped-for hair, the mayor loses his position and is disgracefully expelled. Will he ever return? Who will take his place to become the new mayor? What will happen to Baldy Heights and its inhabitants? What will happen to the HAIR? And what will the residents learn from this dramatic event?
