After many years in the international arena, thousands of shows, and millions of thrilled viewers, Mayumana returns home with CURRENTS, an updated, refined version of their performance. CURRENTS combines explosive energy and group movement aesthetics. The show's source of inspiration is the historical "Currents War" between Thomas Alva Edison and Nikola Tesla. Their two antithetic approaches (AC vc. DC) are translated into music, rhythm, energy, movement, individual-group dialogue, and video art. All this is stylized on stage in the Mayumana unique language: rhythm, colors, and crazy bursts of energy.
