Anna Louise and Anton (Pitzponet and Anton)

Israeli Hour Theatre

Anna Louise (Pitzponet), an imaginative, curious and good natured girl, comes from a wealthy family. Anton is a responsible and deft boy from a poor family who devotedly cares for his sick mother.
Against the background of a suspenseful and checkered plot, the story of the remarkable friendship of Pitzponet and Anton emerges. Their friendship overcomes social obstacles and preconceived ideas, teaching us, children and adults alike, an important lesson about selfless philanthropy.

The play is a rework of the famous Erich Kaestner classic that has inspired children around the world.
